Exciting prospect at PDF Solutions Inc. for a Senior R&D; Engineer to innovate electronic beam inspection systems and improve semiconductor manufacturing controls in a collaborative setting.PDF Solutions Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated Senior R&D; Engineer to contribute to its cutting-edge eProbe® development. The successful candidate will utilize their programming expertise and analytical prowess to enhance software solutions vital for semiconductor inspection.



This role offers potential field support travel and emphasizes teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment to resolve high-stakes issues swiftly.Key Responsibilities:- Design advanced software solutions for the eProbe® tool- Provide on-site support and troubleshoot pressing inspection issues- Collaborate with software and engineering teams efficiently- Communicate effectively with field engineers and consultants- Strive for improvements in accuracy and inspection efficiencyRequirements:- Master’s degree mandatory; PhD preferred in relevant disciplines- Experience in Python or another scripting language- Practical knowledge of image processing is desirable- Previous exposure to semiconductor manufacturing is a plus- Knowledge of data visualization tools is beneficialJoin PDF Solutions Inc. to drive next-generation semiconductor inspection technology through innovative software development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
