• Lead speculative and build-to-suit developments from pursuit to delivery • Direct redevelopment strategies for existing and acquired assets • Evaluate development feasibility and support key land pursuits • Provide site planning and infrastructure recommendations • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory approval strategies
