Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Operations and Dispatch — to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives. This is a great opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world business challenges and gain hands-on experience in business analysis, with particular exposure to operational and logistics data.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Review operational data (e.g., route, dispatch, or productivity data) to help identify trends and surface insights for the Operations team.
- Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, including attending operational meetings.
- Support the creation of business process models, data analysis reports, and dashboards.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform business decisions.
- Participate in the design and implementation of current business processes and systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate with a diploma or degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A solid interest in operations and logistics is highly valuable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with other Microsoft Office programs is an asset.




- Basic knowledge of business process modeling is an asset.
- A passion for learning and growing in the field of business analysis.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
