We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst to support business requirements, process analysis, reporting and project activities.
You will work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and help develop effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather,
analyse and document business requirements.
- Assist in creating process flows, user stories and business documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Support process improvement and workflow analysis.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting and validation.
- Participate in meetings, project planning and Agile activities.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue tracking.
- Maintain project documentation and requirement trackers.
