Role Description

This full time, on-site Junior Finance Associate role is based in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.

The Junior Finance

Associate will support day-to-day office and administrative operations, including managing client communications, maintaining accurate records, and working across key business applications. The role involves assisting with document preparation, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence to keep operations running smoothly. This position works closely with colleagues across the organization, requiring clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks




- Handle client communications via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
- Enter and manage data across key business applications
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
- Support the team with document preparation and correspondence
- Greet clients and maintain a professional office environment

What We're Looking For

- Recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within a small team; prior internship or co-op experience is a plus
