Description

Reporting to the Manager, HR Services, the HR Services Representative will serve as the first point of contact for employee and retiree HR inquiries. This position provides support and guidance on HR policies, programmes, and processes while delivering a high standard of customer service. The role offers exposure to a variety of employee lifecycle activities, HR systems, and process improvement initiatives within a quick-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:

The HR Services Representative is responsible for providing timely and accurate HR support while ensuring employee inquiries and transactions are managed efficiently and professionally.

The Representative's Key Responsibilities Include:

- Respond to general HR inquiries and provide guidance on HR processes, policies, programmes, and practices.
- Manage employee lifecycle cases from initiation through to completion, coordinating with internal HR teams as required.
- Deliver high-quality customer service through online portals,



telephone, and chat channels.
- Collaborate with HR partners to resolve complex issues and escalate matters when necessary.
- Maintain accurate HR records and update employee information within HRIS and case management systems.
- Support the administration of various HR programmes and initiatives for employees and leaders.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, employee experience, and operational efficiencies.
- Participate in training, development opportunities, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Representative Requirements:

- University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of Human Resources or related experience.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or service-focused experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a proactive approach.
- Experience with Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow is considered a strong asset.
- Experience working with HR case management systems and employee lifecycle processes is preferred.
