Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Description Reporting to the Manager, HR Services, the Junior HR Services Representative will provide first-point-of-contact support for all human resources inquiries from employees and retirees across the company on a variety of HR processes, policies, practices, and programs.

Responsibilities

- Respond to general HR queries and provide guidance in line with TC Energy's HR processes, policies, practices, and programs.
- Manage cases for employee lifecycle events, including facilitation and coordination with internal HR teams and oversee full process to completion.
- Provide high quality, timely resolution and professional customer service via online portal, telephone, and chat
- Collaborate with HR partners to resolve complex matters, find solutions and escalate matters not resolved at the first point of contact to the appropriate stakeholders
- Thoroughly and accurately record all inquiries using case management application and maintenance of HR data in SAP and or workday
- Support the administration of various human resources programs for employees and leaders
- Identify opportunities to improve our service focused on user experience, effectiveness and efficiency as well as simplifying processes
- Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities as well as projects or initiatives.

Qualifications

- University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Two or more years of Human Resources or relevant experience




- Minimum of one year in a service role with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with impact and handle confidential information
- Ability to resolve inquiries in an effective and timely manner while managing competing priorities in a high-paced, deadline-driven workplace
- Problem solver with critical thinking skills including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic and complex organization

Preferred/Nice To Have

- Experience with Workday, SAP and ServiceNow
