Duties
- Assist in managing property leasing activities, including scheduling viewings and processing applications.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently
- Support rent collection, data entry, and filing of lease agreements, maintenance requests, and other important documents
- Conduct regular property inspections to monitor condition, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, payments,
and service requests to support effective customer relationship management
Requirements
- Previous property management experience experience preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with tenants and team members
- Basic understanding of property management operations, including leasing processes and maintenance procedures
- Customer service mindset with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Must have a Valid Drivers license and vehicle
