What you will be doing:

- Business Liaison: Act as the IT point of contact for Service sector business units.

- System Support: Support SAP solutions, specifically the MM, SD, WM, and SCM modules.

- Data Management: Oversee master data management (materials, customers, and suppliers).

- Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, evaluate and prioritize system evolution requests from users. Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and technical requirements.

- Strategy Alignment: Ensure solutions align with the organization’s standards and IT strategy.

- Continuous Improvement: Promote process standardization, solution integration and innovation.

- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with various IT teams to deliver projects.

- Technical Advisory: Identify appropriate technologies to meet business needs and contribute to technical incident resolution.

- Performance Monitoring:



Track support activities, projects and key performance indicators (SLA, KPI).

- Communication: Regularly communicate progress, issues and risks to stakeholders.

What you must have:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- SAP Expertise: 3 years of experience with SAP modules: MM, SD, WM or SCM. Knowledge of both On-Premise and Cloud environments.

- Technical Skills

- Solid knowledge of IT solutions and Cloud environments.

- Understanding of data migration processes (ETL – Extract, Transform, Load).

- Soft Skills: Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional/technical requirements; ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

- Language: Excellent command of French and English (oral and written).
