Cam Clark Automotive Group is seeking a Junior Service Advisor for our Innisfail Chrysler dealership in Innisfail, AB.

In the position of Junior Service Advisor, reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for being the critical link between our customers and shop, listening to customer concerns, assessing their needs as well as keeping them informed on the progress of their repair. If you have no experience and are willing to learn, we will provide training!

You will be accountable for:

- Greeting customers with excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
- Ensuring customers are checked in and the correct services are applied to their order.
- Providing updates to customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs.
- Listening to customer concerns and assessing their needs.




- Consulting with technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
- Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.
- Maintaining customer records and entering data into computer database.
- Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A valid driver’s licence and clean driver's abstract
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- DMS experience, specifically PBS is considered an asset
- Previous experience in customer service
- The ability to remain organized and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong computer skills
- Strong team player
- Punctual, reliable, and must have strong communication skills
