About the role
WrapMyDoors is an architectural film installation company working in homes, offices, and commercial spaces across the GTA. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Junior Installer to support our field team and learn the trade from the ground up. This is a real entry point into a skilled craft, not a dead-end helper job. If you show up, work clean, and want to grow, you will be trained to become a full installer.
What you'll do
- Load, carry, and handle installation materials in office
- Cut film to spec under the installer's direction
- Clean, sand, and prep surfaces before installation
- Assist the team throughout the install and keep the work area organized
- Support setup and pack-down at each job
What you need
- Valid driver's license (required, non-negotiable)
- Physically capable of lifting and standing for full shifts
- Reliable, punctual,
and comfortable working with your hands
- Clean, detail-focused approach to prep work
- Team player who takes direction well
Growth path Start as a helper, learn the craft, move up to Installer. We invest in people who invest in the work. Your progression depends on your skill and consistency, not seniority.
