In this role, you’ll lead the coordination of our pre-construction process—working closely with our clients, Architectural Technologist, Project Manager, trade partners, and suppliers to transform ideas into fully planned, construction‑ready custom homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaboration on design development Client meetings, including selections and detail gathering Project specifications and scope development Material estimating and quantity take‑offs Budget development and cost management Procurement and supplier sourcing Contract and trade partner negotiations Invoice review and cost verification From the first client meeting through to construction readiness, you’ll play a key role in every project’s success. Your planning, coordination, and attention to detail ensure every home is set up for a smooth, well‑executed build.



Once construction begins, you’ll continue supporting our Project Manager with the planning and insight that brought the project together. What we’re looking for
