In this six-month contract, you'll report to the VP of Equity, Programs & Innovation Implementation, focusing on applied research strategy and capacity building. Your leadership will advance evaluation practices, enhance data management, and foster partnerships with a focus on knowledge mobilization. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to benefit youth services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement frameworks and governance for ethical research practices • Evaluate and measure the impact of youth mental health programs • Lead knowledge mobilization strategies and presentations • Cultivate strategic research partnerships across sectors • Oversee research coordinator's activities and project budgets
Requirements: • Doctorate in a relevant discipline • 5-8+ years leading research and evaluation efforts • Strong partnership management skills • Expertise in data management and ethics • Passion for equity in youth engagement
