Your role will prioritize cultural integrity and community service. As the IT Technician, you will report to the Case Management Database Manager, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and networking issues. Focused on stability and efficiency, your work will help support the community-driven goals of KIDO. Through targeted training, you’ll gain unique insights into the operational framework of MDK. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on troubleshooting network and database issues
- Maintain documentation and assist in management meetings
- Oversee server management including email and printing




- Support the development of policy for IT best practices
- Conduct backups and recovery processes in network systems Requirements:
- 2-5 years in network and database administration
- Background in Information Technology, or Computer Science
- Certifications such as MCTIP or CCNA advantageous
- Robust collaborative skills and critical thinking
