Responsibilities

- Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and medical history

- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels and track their progress over time

- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and ensure clients are using equipment safely and effectively

- Motivate and support clients to help them stay committed to their fitness goals

- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed

- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits

- Maintain a clean and organized workout area

Skills

- Robust knowledge of medical terminology related to exercise physiology and anatomy

- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of client schedules, progress, and program details





- Fluent in English with the ability to effectively communicate with clients of diverse backgrounds

- Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized fitness programs accordingly

- Proficient in computer operation, including the use of software such as Excel for tracking client data

- Familiarity with medication administration protocols for clients with specific medical conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$55.00 per hour
