We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Designer & Sales Representative to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals for kitchen renovations and cabinet upgrades.
- Create detailed, accurate designs using SketchUp or CAD software to visualize custom cabinet solutions that align with client specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and customization options to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation through closing, including upselling complementary products and services to maximize customer value.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and account management while maintaining organized records of transactions.
- Collaborate with clients on renovation plans, construction timelines, and project coordination to ensure seamless implementation.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers, promote high-end sales, and enhance showroom merchandising efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly,



resolving issues effectively, and maintaining positive relationships for repeat business.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills during sales discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both the company and the customer.

Requirements

- Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales within the renovation, cabinetry, or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, or similar design tools for creating visual representations of custom cabinetry projects.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
- Experience in renovation or construction environments is highly desirable; familiarity with high-end sales is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate product demos effectively while upselling additional services or upgrades.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining detailed records.
- Background in marketing or merchandising will be advantageous in promoting products and attracting new customers.
