Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installation Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products and systems in residential settings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installation Contractor will ensure that all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a contract position, not hourly employee. Our installation rates vary from job to job, however the minimum amount our installers take home is 10% of the overall contract (typically 13-15%). Must have WCB and insurance before any candidate will be considered.

We are a custom K&B; design/supply cabinet company. We are tailored to high-end, custom work, not mass produced. Our installers make valuable money, but are required to meet the high expectations our clients demand.

We have a good, reliable group of contractors that have been with us for many years, but our services are in demand and we are expanding.

The right candidates will have a professional work ethic. Both installing and speaking with clients.

Duties





- Perform installations of cabinets accordance with project specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks.
- Assemble components and systems as required for each project.
- Ensure all installations are plumb and level, adhering to industry standards.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Experience

- Proven experience in installation work
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations related to installation work.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is an advantage.
