- Prepare and cooking a variety of food items
- Wash, peel and/or cut food items, including vegetables, fish and meat.
- Portion or wrap food items
- Prepare orders for take out
- Wash dishes
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Refill kitchen supplies
- Clean Kitchen
- Ensure preparation and cooking stations are well stocked.
- Notify Management of any repairs or maintenance required for kitchen appliances and equipment.
- Other duties shall be assigned as required.
Work Conditions
- Interacts with employees and management.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Standing and walking.
- Weekends are required.
- 5 Days a week.
