Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Duties

- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of cleaned items
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes promptly to facilitate smooth service operations
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic work environment




- Manage waste disposal efficiently and keep the dish area free from clutter
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is advantageous
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling, and basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food service protocols and hospitality standards is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
