Overview

Pizza 73 is seeking dedicated and energetic full-time Kitchen Staff to join our team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality pizza and food service to our customers, ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble pizza and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and ingredient assembly
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Handle food safely and hygienically in compliance with health regulations
- Serve customers at the counter or via take-out orders with professionalism and friendliness
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and kitchen operations
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely order completion




- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Experience

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is a plus
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking, or food industry operations will be advantageous
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction are desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
