As a temporary full time Organizational Development and Inclusion Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in developing programs that promote organizational excellence and inclusion at KPU.

This six-month contract emphasizes creating and implementing training aligned with equity and diversity principles, fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Your expertise in instructional design will be essential in developing high-quality, engaging online training content. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Inclusive Compliance training programs




- Create online learning experiences tailored to diverse learner needs
- Collaborate with teams to ensure program effectiveness
- Assist in tracking and evaluating training success
- Advance existing talent development programs Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or similar
- Five years in HR or organizational development
- Understanding of EDI principles and practices
- Experience in leading training programs
