Humber River Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who excels in connecting exceptional talent with meaningful roles in healthcare. This position requires a proactive approach to full-cycle recruitment.
As a key player in the Talent Acquisition team, you will work under the Director and contribute to creative recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s vision. You will manage candidate screenings, interview preparations, and onboarding processes while collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop engaging job advertisements to attract qualified candidates
• Support hiring managers with behavioral interviewing techniques




• Participate in recruitment strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain the iCIMS tracking system and facilitate training for users
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in health care
• Solid understanding of labor relations and employment laws
• Excellent organization and customer service focus
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
