In this energetic role, you will handle a variety of physical tasks to support efficient distribution, shipping, and receiving processes. Your mechanical aptitude and experience with heavy equipment will help ensure smooth operations, safety, and productivity.

Duties

- Load and unload shipments using forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment with precision and safety.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to customers or internal departments.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, order pickers, cranes, and clamp trucks to move heavy or bulky items efficiently.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by inspecting incoming goods, verifying order accuracy, and documenting inventory movements.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.




- Collaborate with warehouse management system software to track inventory levels and update records promptly.
- Participate in construction or maintenance projects within the warehouse as needed to improve operational flow.

Requirements

- Proven experience in warehouse environments or related construction work is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, cranes, and clamp trucks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Experience with order picking, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse management systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and safety protocols.
- Valid certification for forklift operation (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when required.
