Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. This role involves performing various tasks to support operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining work areas, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

- Operate machinery and mobile equipment as required, following safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to company policies at all times.
- Sort paper to remove undisireable materials

Requirements





- Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate various types of machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed by the operation schedule.
