Job Title: Labourer Position Type: Full-time position with potential for winter work

Location: Temiskaming Shores, ON Training Provided: Yes

Initial Pay Rate: ~40hrs/week starting at $20-23/hour

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Spring, Summer, and Fall Employment

- Perform various property maintenance tasks associated with lawn care and asphalt painting
- Operate various types of motorized equipment
- Perform minor equipment maintenance as trained / directed
- Employer to provide high visibility t-shirts, company hats, proper PPE as necessary – apparel required by employee includes steel toe shoes and work pants

Winter
- Perform labour-intensive tasks associated with physically demanding commercial snow removal




- Able to work an unstructured schedule when on shift – work when it snows
- Minimum biweekly pay provided through winter months considering snowfall is unpredictable

QUALIFICATIONS

- Class G2 or G license – able to get to and from work
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Able to work well with others and be dependable
- Physically fit and able to complete strenuous outdoor tasks in various conditions
- No Criminal Record
