About Us

We are a growing landscape construction company specializing in luxury outdoor spaces. We build high-end backyards from start to finish, including custom decks, fences, pergolas, cabanas, sheds, outdoor kitchens, etc. We take part in the project from start to finish which includes grading, concrete forming, construction, finishes, roofing, tree/bush planting, landscape lighting, etc.

We are looking for a Skilled Labourer with carpentry experience to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to develop their skills in landscape construction and carpentry.

What You'll Be Doing

Your work will vary throughout each project and may include:

- Assisting with the construction of custom decks, fences, pergolas, cabanas, and sheds
- Performing carpentry tasks such as measuring, cutting, fastening, framing, and assembling
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Assisting with excavation, grading, and site preparation
- Building and preparing concrete forms
- Moving and installing materials throughout job sites
- Installing posts, beams, joists, decking, fencing, and other structural components
- Assisting with planting trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials
- General landscape construction and job-site cleanup
- Working alongside experienced carpenters and landscape construction professionals
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work site




- Completing projects to a high standard of quality and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Required:

- Previous construction, landscaping, or carpentry experience
- Basic understanding of carpentry and construction
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Ability to read measurements and use a tape measure
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship

An asset:

- Experience building decks, fences, pergolas, cabanas, or sheds
- Framing experience
- Experience with concrete forming
- Experience with grading and excavation
- Experience operating compact equipment
- Landscape construction experience
- Experience reading construction drawings
- Carpentry apprenticeship or trade experience

The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who wants to work and wants to learn.

You don't need to be a fully qualified carpenter, but you should already have some construction or carpentry experience and be comfortable working with tools. The right person will have the prospect to develop their skills across a wide range of carpentry and landscape construction projects.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
