Calgary Landscape Solutions is a family-owned and operated landscape construction company that has been shaping the landscaping industry in Calgary and surrounding areas since 2013. Job Summary:

If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in building things with your hands, and want to learn new skills, this could be a great opportunity for you. Our crew works on a variety of landscape construction projects, from site preparation and grading to patios, retaining walls, fences, decks, planting, and final finishing.

We are currently seeking high performing individuals who have a growth mindset to join our Landscape Construction Crew. As a Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our team, involved in all aspects of landscape construction projects.

No previous landscaping experience? No problem. We’re willing to train the right person. We’re looking for people with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

What You'll Do

- Assist with the construction and installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, fences, decks, and other landscape features
- Prepare job sites by digging, grading, excavating, and preparing soil
- Install trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, and other landscape materials
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely, including shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, plate compactors, and sod cutters
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow company safety procedures and work safely around tools, equipment, and other crew members




- Work closely with Crew Leaders and other team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
- Take direction, learn new skills, and help wherever needed to get the job done

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in landscaping or construction is an asset but not always required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
- Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe work workplace.
