Are you an experienced hardscape professional who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and building beautiful, lasting outdoor spaces? Lyman’s Landscaping is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Hardscape Crew Member to join our team of landscape professionals!

This is a full-time position with year-round work, including winter maintenance responsibilities during the snow season.

Responsibilities

- Work under the direction of the Hardscape Crew Lead to complete interlock, grading, carpentry, fence, and other hardscape projects.
- Follow instructions to ensure proper layout, excavation, base preparation, and installation of interlocking stone, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features.
- Assist with the construction of fences and decks, ensuring workmanship meets company and industry standards.
- Support grading and drainage work with accuracy.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working order.
- Help keep job sites organized, clean, and safe.
- Participate in winter maintenance operations (snow and ice removal) to ensure properties are secure and accessible.

Requirements:




- Minimum 2 years of experience in hardscape construction, with a focus on interlock installation—required.
- Experience with fence and deck construction and site grading is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow direction.
- Commitment to show up, work hard and be productive throughout the day.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Availability for full-time work, including participation in the winter maintenance rotation.

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
