Based in Armstrong, you will maintain high-end properties throughout the North Okanagan corridor (Enderby to Vernon). We aren't just looking for "labor"—we’re looking for someone who loves the transformation of a property and treats every job site like their own.

Summer Operations (The Aesthetic Expert)

- Precision Mowing: Operate commercial riding mowers to create crisp, professional patterns.
- Detailed Grooming: Master line trimming and weeding to ensure every edge is sharp.
- Irrigation Maintenance: Troubleshoot and perform irrigation repairs to keep systems efficient and landscapes thriving.
- Property Transformation: General groundskeeping with a focus on beauty and curb appeal.

Winter Operations (The First Responder)

- Plowing & Sanding: Safely operate equipment to clear parking lots and driveways.
- Site Safety: Hand shoveling and sanding to ensure walkways are safe and clear for our clients.
- On-Call Reliability: Be ready to respond to snow events to maintain our high standard of service.

Logistics & Equipment

- Trailer Pro: You must be highly comfortable driving a company truck while towing and maneuvering an enclosed trailer (including backing up in tight spaces).
- Equipment Care:



Daily maintenance and respect for the tools and machinery provided.

What You Bring to the Team

- Proven Experience: Solid background in commercial landscaping and snow removal.
- Technical Skill: Real-world knowledge of irrigation systems (valves, heads, and timers).
- Driving Ability: A valid driver’s license with a clean abstract and experience towing trailers.
- The "Eye": You have a genuine passion for making grounds beautiful and notice the details that others miss.
- Local Resilience: You enjoy working outdoors in all Okanagan weather, from the summer heat to winter snow.

Pay & Advantages
