Harmony Haven Landscaping is looking for a reliable Landscaper to join our growing team. Candidates with strong landscaping and leadership experience may be considered for a Crew Leader position.

Most of our work is landscape maintenance for residential, strata, and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging and blowing
- Hedge and shrub trimming
- Weeding and garden maintenance
- General property cleanup
- Safe use of landscaping tools and equipment
- Following daily schedules and completing work efficiently
- Crew coordination and quality control for experienced Crew Leader candidates

Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence – required
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Reliable, punctual and consistent attendance
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work
- Good teamwork and communication
- Landscaping experience is preferred but not required




- Crew leadership experience is an asset
