We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Landscape Maintenance Labourer to join our team. This role involves commercial property maintenance, landscaping, seasonal cleanups, and occasional snow removal.
Responsibilities
- Mow, trim, edge, and blow commercial properties
- Weed and maintain garden beds and landscaped areas
- Prune shrubs and plants
- Complete spring and fall cleanups
- Assist with mulch, rock, soil, and sod installations
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Assist with snow removal and ice control during winter
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work efficiently as part of a crew
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Robust work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically capable of outdoor labour and lifting 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Landscaping experience is an asset
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
- Willingness to learn and take direction
