Hines Facilities Service Ltd. is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Landscaping & Snow Removal for our Edmonton Crew.

Responsibilities include

- Mowing lawns and maintaining landscaped areas.
- Cleaning and removing debris from properties.
- Operating light equipment, including leaf blowers, zero-turn mowers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Seasonal shrub care, including trimming hedges and managing weeds.
- Assisting with general landscaping and grounds maintenance.
- Navigating a truck with trailer, as required.
- Snow removal from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, parking areas, and other designated areas.
- Operating snow blowers and other light snow removal equipment.
- Applying salt, ice melt, or other de-icing products as required.
- Assisting with general cleanup and maintenance of properties.
- Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Performing other duties as directed by your supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and an early riser.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours when required.
- Willingness to learn and perform multiple tasks.




- Previous landscaping, snow removal, or general labour experience is an asset.
- Physical strength and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and perform continuous walking and outdoor work.
- Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and snowy weather conditions.
- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
