We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lash Artist to join our vibrant studio team on a part-time basis. This exciting role offers the opportunity to showcase your talent in eyelash extensions while providing exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment. As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for creating stunning lash looks that enhance our clients’ natural beauty, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.

Duties

- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to each client’s desired look and eye shape
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable lash styles
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and aftercare instructions
- Assist with retail sales of lash care products and studio merchandise through friendly upselling techniques
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments




- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business through excellent communication skills

Requirements

- Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions with a keen eye for detail and precision
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming environment for clients
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling, payments, and client check-in/out processes
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation protocols related to eyelash extension services
- A positive attitude, energetic approach, and passion for enhancing clients’ beauty experiences
- Previous experience in a beauty or spa setting is preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate
