Duties

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering positive experiences.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the eyelash extension process, aftercare, and maintenance.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and service offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lash Technician, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in lash extensions.
- Certification from a recognized beauty school or institution is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
- Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new techniques in the beauty industry.
