In this energetic role, you will ensure that all laundry operations run smoothly , assisting customers, wash and fold customer orders and upholding high standards of cleanliness. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will create a pleasant environment for all patrons while supporting the day-to-day functions of our laundromat.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Wash and fold of customers laundry
- Keep the facility clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and managing laundry area supplies
- Assist customers with guidance on machine usage
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure environment for staff and patrons
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sanitizing machines,



folding areas, and waiting spaces to uphold hygiene standards

- The ability to manage a ledger and accept payment from customers , cash and debit
- Previous hotel experience or customer service background is highly desirable
- Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation is a plus
- Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to ensure a spotless environment
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively
- Reliability and punctuality to ensure smooth daily operations
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
