It’s about understanding what really matters to customers, thinking creatively, and bringing genuine value to every conversation.About The OpportunityAs a Travel Consultant, you will work full time, on site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7 day trade. This is a target driven sales role where success is measured through KPIs, revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction.You will take ownership of the customer journey from first enquiry through to booking and follow up, selling complete travel solutions - not just flights.What You Will Be DoingConvert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales conversationsWork toward individual KPIs and sales targets, earning commission on every saleSell end to end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, transfers, and travel insuranceBuild a loyal base of new and repeat customers - from simple domestic trips to complex international holidaysManage multiple customers and communication channels at once (in-store, phone, email) in a fast-paced retail environmentUse booking systems and supplier tools to quote, upsell, book, and follow up accurately and efficientlyWhat Success Looks Like In This RoleYou enjoy working toward targets and are motivated by results and commissionYou are confident asking for the booking and closing the saleYou balance great customer experience with delivering resultsYou stay organized, resilient, and positive when things get busyWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years’ experience in travel salesExperience using Sabre GDS preferredMinimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing,
