Duties
- Collect soiled linens, towels, from designated areas with care and efficiency
- Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, following safety protocols
- Sort laundry items to ensure optimal results
- Fold, organize, and store clean linens in designated storage areas for easy access
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly sanitizing machines and work surfaces
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs
- Support cleaning tasks around the hotel as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel laundry or cleaning services is highly preferred
- Knowledge of laundry procedures, including sorting, washing, and drying techniques
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all linens are thoroughly cleaned and properly stored
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift laundry loads comfortably
