Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Laundry Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper handling of linens, towels, and other laundry items to uphold our high standards of guest service and hygiene. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our guests and support the smooth operation of our hotel.

Duties

- Collect, sort, and process laundry items efficiently, ensuring timely turnaround
- Operate laundry machines and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area at all times
- Follow proper procedures for stain removal, folding, and storage of linens




- Adhere to health and safety standards while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist with general cleaning tasks in guest areas as needed to support overall hotel operations
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly to management

Skills

- Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of laundry processes, cleaning techniques, and equipment operation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout shifts
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
