Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers to ensure pristine landscapes.
- Assist with planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and weed control to promote healthy growth and vibrant gardens.
- Use hand tools and power tools for landscape installation, soil preparation, and minor construction tasks.
- Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient watering practices.
- Conduct routine inspections of landscape areas to identify issues requiring attention or repair.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and edging to maintain a tidy appearance.

Qualifications





- Prior experience with landscaping, gardening, horticulture or related outdoor work is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscape maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the day.
- Solid attention to detail with a proactive approach to safety and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with the motivation to contribute positively to a fast-paced environment.
