We’re hiring a Lead Barista to support daily bar operations, maintain high coffee standards, and help guide our team.
Responsibilities
- Dial in espresso and maintain brew consistency
- Lead bar workflow and service pacing
- Support training and onboarding of baristas
- Maintain stock levels and communicate ordering needs
- Ensure equipment cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Deliver excellent, professional customer service
Requirements
- 1–2+ years specialty coffee experience
- Robust espresso dialing and sensory skills
- Confident with workflow, multitasking, and service pressure
- Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
- Consistent availability, including some weekends
