Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support complex business and technology initiatives. This role focuses on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, requirements management, and business transformation to ensure technology solutions effectively support organizational goals and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Provide business analysis services for complex business and technology initiatives involving diverse stakeholders.

Elicit, analyze, document, validate, prioritize, and manage business, functional, non-functional, process, and data requirements.

Facilitate requirements gathering activities through interviews, workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations.

Establish and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from business objectives through implementation and operational transition.

Develop use cases, business rules, process models, data models, workflows, and requirements specifications.

Utilize requirements management and traceability tools such as Azure DevOps, IBM DOORS, or equivalent platforms.

Align requirements with business objectives, strategic priorities, solution decisions, and project outcomes.

Business Process Analysis & Strategic Advisory

Assess complex business problems, opportunities, risks, and strategic objectives.

Conduct current-state and future-state analysis to identify business process improvement and service modernization opportunities.

Apply business process re-engineering methodologies to support efficient and cost-effective service delivery.

Support large-scale transformation, modernization, migration, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.

Evaluate alternatives, develop evidence-based recommendations, and support informed decision-making.

Translate business, process,



and data requirements into specifications that support technology solution design and implementation.

Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices.

Governance, Risk Management & Quality Assurance

Develop and maintain business analysis governance frameworks, standards, policies, processes, and quality controls.

Create governance artifacts including business cases, cost-benefit analyses, feasibility studies, options analyses, decision papers, risk assessments, and executive briefings.

Identify, analyze, document, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies, enterprise architecture standards, system development methodologies, and project governance requirements.

Maintain documentation, approvals, traceability artifacts, governance decisions, and audit records.

Develop and monitor performance measures, benefit realization metrics, and post-implementation evaluations.

Stakeholder Engagement, Communication & Facilitation

Engage and manage relationships with business stakeholders, executive sponsors, project teams, vendors, external partners, and technical resources.

Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes among business, technical, and executive stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver executive briefings, presentations, status reports, recommendations, and stakeholder communications.

Support business readiness and organizational change initiatives through effective communication of impacts, risks,



rationale, and expected outcomes.

Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within established timelines.

Required Qualifications Must-Have Experience

Extensive experience providing business analysis services for complex business and technology initiatives.

Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, prioritization, and management.

Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations.

Robust analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

Experience conducting current-state and future-state analysis.

Proven risk identification, analysis, and mitigation experience.

Experience working within structured project management and governance environments.

Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
