Alberta Blue Cross® is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work from home in a call centre setting. A wired network connection is required. Virtual training runs from Sept 28, 2026 for ~10 weeks, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm.During and after training, you will handle member inquiries about benefit plans and government programs, educate customers on plans and the online member site, and log calls for statistics.
