About Us

New boutique studio in Qualicum Beach, BC, built around intentional movement, refined instruction, and a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. As we open our doors, we’re looking for a lead instructor who wants to help shape the studio from the very beginning.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Instructor, Reformer Pilates who brings strong technical training, professionalism, and a passion for building community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a boutique workplace, enjoys connecting with clients, and is excited to help grow a new studio from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead high-quality reformer classes with precise cueing, safe progressions, and strong client engagement

· Adapt programming for all fitness levels - beginners to advanced

· Modify exercises for injuries and special conditions with confidence and care

· Build strong client relationships through communication, encouragement, and professionalism

· Support community building through connection, consistency, and a welcoming presence

· Grow class attendance by delivering exceptional client experiences

· Maintain studio standards of cleanliness, safety, and luxury-level presentation

· Collaborate with studio leadership on scheduling, programming, and early-stage studio development





Qualifications & Experience

· Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (recognized training program required)

· Minimum 2+years teaching experience in group or private reformer settings

· Strong understanding of anatomy, injuries, and safe movement modifications

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to teach mixed-level classes with confidence and clarity

· Professional, reliable, and aligned with boutique-studio service standards
