We need a Lead Tech who leads through skilled diagnostics.

You’ll diagnose complex issues, execute repairs efficiently, and teach apprentices the right way to do it. If you’re a Red Seal Journeyman with 7+ years of hands-on experience who takes pride in accurate diagnosis, solid repair work and meeting book time, this is for you.

The Role:

- Diagnose and repair vehicles independently with precision
- Manage your time effectively (meeting and beating book time)
- Mentor apprentices in diagnostic and repair techniques
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor; they're the customer point of contact, you focus on the work
- Work in a supportive team environment

- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM (no weekends)

What We Need:

- Red Seal Journeyman (Alberta or Interprovincial)




- 7+ years hands-on diagnostic and repair experience
- Strong time management
- Proven ability to teach and mentor apprentices
- Valid AB driver’s license
