The Program
Lead supervises staff and manages multiple ongoing studies within the Pediatric Emergency Medicine division. You will address issues between research and clinical teams, ensuring smooth operations in a challenging environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ongoing research studies in pediatric emergency medicine
- Manage interactions with Principal Investigators and research staff
- Evaluate projects for feasibility and acceptability
- Supervise budgeting for upcoming research initiatives
- Respond to urgent clinical research needs and events Requirements:
- Experience in managing research programs and teams
- Solid understanding of clinical and research environments
- Ability to react flexibly to urgent situations
- Knowledge of Health Canada regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills Provide essential oversight for pediatric research, while ensuring comprehensive team support at the University of Alberta.
