Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this leadership-focused sales role, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing strong customer relationships, supporting sales team performance, and helping drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong sales background, a positive attitude, and experience using Sage for sales, customer, and business administration tasks.

Responsibilities

- Drive sales of the company's products and related services.
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively generate leads.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers to increase repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Follow up with customers after purchases to identify additional sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, orders, and sales documentation.
- Use Sage to manage customer information, product information, quotes, orders, invoices, and sales records.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and outstanding opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.




- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally and effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and increase revenue.
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Technical sales experience preferred, especially involving complex products or solutions requiring detailed explanation
- Fluency in English is highly desirable to serve diverse markets effectively

Qualifications & Experience:

- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a product-based business.
- Experience with Sage software is required or strongly preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
