Take the next step in field surveying with Hatch as a Lead Surveyor based in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Oversee survey operations while collaborating on key infrastructure projects. We are looking for a qualified Lead Surveyor to manage and support field survey crews at Hatch's Thunder Bay office.

You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive surveys and ensuring quality data in line with project goals. This position also includes mentoring junior team members and liaising with clients to meet their survey needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise field survey teams on land development projects
- Conduct deformation and as-built surveys accurately
- Operate and maintain GPS/GNSS receivers and survey equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
- Prepare documentation and field reports Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Surveying or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in field surveying
- Robust knowledge of surveying technologies
- Experience in municipal and transportation projects
