YOUR ROLE:

As a Real Estate commercial Financing Legal Assistant, you will assist notaries in their mandates. Your duties will include:

- Preparing, amending, and reviewing diverse types of legal documents (mortgage, sale, release);
- Assisting professionals in managing the agenda and coordinate various meetings and conferences;
- Taking charge of sending communications to clients as well as telephone communications;
- Conduct research with various legal institutions (Land Register, RPMRR, REQ);
- Indexing and timing the publication of acts.

SKILLS REQUIRED:





- DVS in secretarial studies with legal specialization or DCS in Paralegal Technology or combination or equivalent training/experience;
- Experience in Real estate commercial financing required;
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Good writing skills in English;
- Knowledge of Para-Maître is an asset;
- Organizational skills, autonomy and versatility;
- Thoroughness, diligence, and discretion.
