You will collaborate with legal counsel while managing a comprehensive caseload and ensure that all legal documents are timely and accurately processed.

- Manage court document preparation for timely filing
- Arrange for service of pleadings and maintain court schedules
- Draft legal correspondence for internal and external communication
- Attend and document minutes for legal meetings

- Completion of law clerk program or applicable experience
