Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Licensed Electrician (309A) or a dedicated 4th/5th Year Apprentice in Commercial Electrical to join our energetic team. Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute electrical installations accurately.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings, including lighting, power distribution, and low voltage systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete wiring tasks efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues by analyzing schematics and diagnosing faults in complex systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial controls.
- Assist with renovation projects by updating or replacing existing electrical infrastructure while adhering to safety standards.




- Work with construction teams to ensure electrical components are integrated seamlessly into building frameworks.
- Conduct inspections of electrical work for quality assurance and compliance with local codes and regulations.

Skills

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams essential for precise installation and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with industrial electrician tasks is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and electrical schematics.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Experience in renovation projects involving electrical upgrades or modifications within existing structures.
- Familiarity with handyman skills that support general maintenance tasks related to electrical systems.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions accurately while maintaining high safety standards throughout all work activities.
